Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PE license in PA or MI.
• 10+ years of civil and site development design experience.
• Civil engineering calculation experience (stormwater, potable water hydraulics, sewer and storm hydraulics, hydrology).
• Experience with ICPR, BMP Trains, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site development design projects on time, in scope, and on budget.
• Manage professional service contracts and project budgets.
• Prepare contract proposals and subconsultant agreements; monitor project health.
• Develop and foster client relationships and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
