Qualifications

• Knowledge of issues facing veterans and homeless veterans.
• Ability to develop programs, policies and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train VOA Honor staff and programs across regions.
• Oversee outreach to identify target populations for grants.
• Ensure reporting and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and funder reporting.
• Lead strategic planning and policy development.
• Travel up to 80% as needed.
