University of Tennessee, Knoxville seeks an Associate Director for Veteran Engagement to lead and grow programs at the Veterans Success Center. You will partner with the Director to design events, workshops, and mentorship that advance academic, social, and professional development for veteran students.

The role includes supervising student staff, directing Veterans Week activities, and coordinating with campus partners to ensure timely, relevant programming.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• Two years of experience in higher education, K-12, or community outreach.
• Experience with student veterans or programming is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage veteran student programming to improve retention and graduation.
• Lead signature university-wide events and Veterans Week planning.
• Coordinate campus veteran-related events and partnerships.
• Supervise academic coaching and student staff at the Veterans Success Center.
• Oversee Veterans Impact Program strategy and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Director and divisions to align services.
