This role will report to the Associate Vice President, GU and Hematology Marketing and focuses on scientific leadership, brand strategy, and external engagement. The position emphasizes building relationships with key hematology thought leaders, guiding messaging, and directing national marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma or related industry.
• 3+ years in hematology with external relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with hematology scientific leaders and stakeholders.
• Input into hematology portfolio marketing direction and strategic choices.
• Define brand priorities and establish best practices for scientific education and advocacy.
• Manage hematology external speaker bureaus and speaker training.
• Lead development and execution of competitive scientific plans.
