The creation, communication, and execution of the US Oncology Strategic Learning Plan across our brands is a key deliverable. The Associate Director will also be responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a best-in-class training team and demonstrating excellence in cross-matrix communication and partnerships.
The Associate Director, US Oncology Commercialization Learning is a headquarters position and reports into the Director of US Oncology Commercialization Learning and will work collaboratively across a fast-paced and complex matrix organization, which includes the Oncology Commercialization Teams, WW Centre of Excellence, and Enterprise Learning Services to ensure that we deliver on our objective of demonstrating value to our customers. The Associate Director also works with external partners to understand industry trends, benchmark performance, and gather insights on the external environment.
