Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, TOPS Finance for Technical Development & Quality in the United States to act as the primary finance partner supporting strategic and operational decision-making across development and quality functions. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis, develop models and KPIs, and prepare executive reports and investment cases.

Collaboration with R&D, manufacturing, and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting within biotech, pharma, or complex life sciences.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills.
• Experience supporting technical operations, quality, manufacturing, or R&D functions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise finance systems (Oracle, SAP, Anaplan).
