For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Technical Services - Meals & Beverages to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This role will lead technical services efforts that support product quality, innovation readiness, and successful commercialization across a complex portfolio of meals and beverages. The Associate Director will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen technical capability, manage launch risk, and build repeatable processes that improve execution and consistency. This is a highly collaborative leadership role with responsibility for driving accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,600 – $193,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of technical capability programs to enhance product quality
• Manage technical readiness processes to ensure timely innovation and successful project launches
• Develop and maintain a technical readiness playbook for critical business plans

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations

Qualifications

• B.A. degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical degree required
• Minimum of ten years of process development, engineering, or manufacturing operations experience, preferably in food
• Experience in project management and people management
• 75% travel required
• Cross-functional experience with a proven track record of delivering successful business results
