Ladders seeks a Director, Field Quality to lead quality strategies across regions in a remote US-based role. The position focuses on strong execution of quality and food safety standards within a highly regulated consumer products environment.

You will partner with plant teams, technical leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen audit readiness, reduce risk, and drive consistent performance while advancing digital quality capabilities and training at the plant level.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• HACCP/PCQI certification required.
• 8+ years in quality and food safety within FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience with QA/QC systems including HACCP, GFSI, ISO9000/22000, and SPC.
• Strong root-cause problem-solving and data analysis.
• Familiarity with digital quality/compliance systems such as EtQ, SAP, and SPC/InfinityQS.
• Excellent communication skills; travel 50–75% within North America.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Field Quality to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space.

This leader will oversee field quality strategy across assigned regions, helping ensure strong execution of quality and food safety standards in a highly regulated consumer products environment. The role will partner closely with plant teams, technical leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen audit readiness, reduce risk, and drive consistent operational performance. You will also play a key role in advancing digital quality capabilities, supporting commercialization efforts, and building plant-level expertise through training and technical guidance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $149,000 – $173,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical guidance for quality programs across assigned regions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• HACCP/PCQI certification required
• 8+ years of experience in quality and food safety within FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors
• Experience with quality assurance, control, and management systems, including HACCP, GFSI, ISO9000/22000, and SPC
• Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
• Familiarity with digital quality and compliance systems, including EtQ, SAP, and SPC/InfinityQS
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Exposure to lean/six sigma tools and methodologies preferred
• Ability to travel 50-75% within North America
