Job summary

BRIC is seeking an Associate Director of Technology & Engineering to lead the day-to-day management of BRIC TV studios, live productions, and enterprise systems. You will supervise the Technology & Engineering team, coordinate with partners, and ensure reliable, secure infrastructure across broadcast and digital platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of technical leadership in media environments, deep knowledge of network and production workflows, and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, plus 5+ years in technical leadership in a broadcast/media facility.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Technology & Engineering team and set performance standards.
• Oversee BRIC TV studios, control rooms, editing suites, and Master Control.
• Manage program scheduling, playback automation, and HD production workflows.
• Oversee security, health, and optimization of Salesforce, Momentus, and other platforms.
• Develop technology governance standards and evaluate new AI tools.
• Collaborate with departments to support tech needs and manage budgets.
