Job summary

Aquila Talent Solutions is seeking an Associate Director of Supply Chain to lead planning and materials management for a CGMP cell and gene therapy facility in Rockville, Maryland. You will guide end-to-end supply chain strategy, optimize inventory, and ensure compliant operations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 8 years in supply chain with 5+ in people leadership.
• Experience with ERP-based inventory control in a matrixed organization.
• CGMP-regulated environment experience and regulatory readiness.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy demand and supply planning strategies aligned with annual goals.
• Oversee warehouse, receiving, storage, and distribution in CGMP compliance.
• Coach and develop associates, coordinators, and clerks for high performance.
• Manage annual Materials Management budget and drive cost efficiencies.
• Align local workflows with QMS/EMS and collaborate with global teams.
