Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain.
• 10+ years in procurement/sourcing and global operations.
• Experience with supplier lifecycle management and ESG/DEI.
• Strong leadership in matrix organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead supplier onboarding, enablement, risk management, and analytics.
• Develop and execute a global supplier risk management strategy.
• Set analytics roadmap and KPIs for supplier performance.
• Collaborate with category leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Drive Source-to-Pay process improvements and SAP Business Network adoption.
• Mentor and develop procurement professionals within the team.
