Solenis is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Accounts - Food and Beverage to drive national sales and strategic partnerships within the Dairy sector. You will lead executive‑level engagements and align our cleaning and sanitation solutions to complex food operations.

This role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, industry leadership, and delivering value‑added programs, with a compensation range and discretionary bonuses. Hybrid work options may apply depending on location.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in the food or beverage Dairy industry.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of food plant operations.
• Preferred degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or food science.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and close deals with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Physical ability to navigate food production environments (including stair climbing and occasional lifting under 50 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Drive sales of cleaning and sanitation solutions to national food processing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives at customer organizations.
• Understand complex food industry operations and align Solenis products to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value‑added solutions and strategic account planning.
• Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
