Job summary

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health’s Center for Biostatistics in AIDS Research (CBAR) seeks an Associate Director of Statistical Programming to lead programming efforts for NIH-funded networks.

The role requires SAS/R expertise, CDISC standards, and a strong track record managing a 10-person programming core. The position emphasizes collaboration with CBAR leadership, biostatisticians, and external partners, with a hybrid work model and potential for growth in a world-class research

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of post-secondary education or relevant experience.
• Experience supervising and mentoring senior staff.
• Strong leadership and project management in a research setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming efforts for CBAR and ASR projects.
• Oversee Core programming staff including managers.
• Ensure CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards and quality systems are applied.
