In this role, you will oversee statistical programming activities across internal teams and functional service providers, ensuring high-quality deliverables while shaping departmental standards, processes, and training. You'll collaborate closely with study and project teams, programming leadership, and cross‑functional stakeholders to meet therapeutic analysis and computing needs.

This role requires:

• Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related discipline, with 10+ years of clinical programming experience
• Advanced SAS programming skills (Base, Stat, Macro, Graph) within a clinical data environment
• Demonstrated project and people management experience, including work across global, interdisciplinary teams
• Expertise in one or more therapeutic areas and strong understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development and regulatory submissions

Nice to haves:

• SAS certification
• Leadership experience supporting the hiring, development, and evaluation of junior staff and contractors

Salary Range (annually)

$176,100.00 - $287,300.00
