We are seeking a Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to join our Statistical Programming function, providing technical leadership across project teams within one or more therapeutic areas. In this role, you will drive high-quality programming deliverables from single studies through regulatory approval, product launch, and beyond, while collaborating with partnering functions, external service providers, and study teams. This Role Requires

• Advanced SAS programming expertise in a clinical data environment
• Strong understanding of clinical trial principles and regulatory submission requirements
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Demonstrated mentoring or coaching experience with junior programmers
• Education & experience: MS or BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or a related discipline, with 10+ years (12+ for BS) of programming experience — preferably in clinical trial data within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or health-related industries, including some project and people management experience
• Preferred/nice to haves: Knowledge of additional programming languages such as R or Python

Salary Range (annually)

$150,500.00 - $245,500.00
