Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead and optimize specialty pharmacy programs within the Market Access and Trade team. You will manage dispensing operations across channels, improve patient access and adherence, and partner with internal teams to drive program performance.

The role requires 10–12+ years in biopharma operations, strong data analysis and vendor management skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business or Pharmacy preferred.
• 10–12+ years in biopharma with operations-focused roles.
• 3–5 years in healthcare customer or vendor management preferred.
• 3+ years operationalizing specialty pharmacy programs and networks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize specialty pharmacy operations across channels.
• Monitor performance to meet or exceed contractual obligations.
• Lead program services and efficiencies to improve patient access.
• Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory and legal.
• Prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
