Planet Group is seeking an Associate Director-level Project Manager to oversee one complex project team or two smaller teams in a hybrid Foster City role. You will coordinate with project leaders to ensure meetings run smoothly, track progress, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in science-focused PM, with cross-functional experience and a strong technical background. This role is local to Foster City and requires 3 days on-site per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a BS in science; 8+ years with MS or MBA; or 4+ years with PhD/PharmD/DVM/MD.
• Experience includes 5 years in cross-functional project management.
• Scientific background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage one complex project team or two less complex teams.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure progress between meetings.
• Co-Chair Project Team meetings and align project data and communications.
• Organize PM support for functional areas and governance preparations.
• Ensure Development Plans consider timing, scope and resources, and implement corrective actions.
