Job summary

The University of Louisville seeks an Associate Director for the Office of Scholarships to serve as the operational and compliance lead. You will oversee the development, implementation, and documentation of standardized scholarship procedures across all colleges and departments to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred in related field or higher.

Responsibilities

• Effectively utilize Scholarship Management software and support onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for campus units.
• Coordinate data solicitation, applications, process oversight, awards, disbursement, student supports, compliance, and donor relations within Scholarship Management Software.
• Supervise (2) Scholarship Coordinators and ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and communications.
