Cumming Group in Nashville, TN is seeking an Associate Director, Scheduling to lead scheduling services for a large-scale transportation infrastructure program. The role requires developing and maintaining integrated project schedules and providing expert scheduling guidance to project teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large infrastructure projects, including 4D/5D modeling, forensic scheduling analysis, and cost/schedule integration, with 8+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Experience managing a larger project team or multiple project teams or whole program.
• Knowledge of 4D/5D modeling.
• Experience with forensic scheduling analysis of construction or engineering projects independently.
• Experience with estimate validation and adjustments and comparative cost analyses.
• Knowledge of Pre- and Post-Construction cost audits and valuations.
• Experience performing detailed cost and schedule analyses.
• Knowledge of project document control.
• Ability to develop high-level logic driven schedules.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
• Oversee forensic scheduling analyses and risk management planning (PRA/Cystal Ball).
• Lead project managers, design teams and contractors on monthly progress.
• Provide guidance on design issues and client concerns.
• Support project managers with quality schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Contribute to scope control and change management with cost/schedule implications.
• Mentor junior team members and promote client relationships.
