Revance Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Training to lead strategic training programs that accelerate sales performance across the field.
You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, HR, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Customer Service to onboard new hires, deepen product knowledge, and enhance selling skills, while upholding company policies. Reporting to the Sales Training Leader, this remote role requires up to 70% travel.
The Associate Director, Sales Training plays a pivotal role in driving sales excellence through strategic training and development initiatives. This role will proactively collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Customer Service teams to support new hire onboarding, enhance product knowledge, improve selling skills, drive corporate culture, and align with ongoing business priorities. This position includes accountability for onboarding new hires, coaching in the field and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
