Job summary

WSP is seeking a capable manager to lead a Professional Services team delivering highway schemes from inception to handover. You will oversee 5–20 staff in UK offices, drive pipeline development, and ensure projects meet budget and quality targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role blends client-facing work with billable delivery, supporting regional leadership and contributing to business development across defence, aviation, digital, energy, healthcare and education

Qualifications

Experience of managing a Professional Services team in a consultancy business.
Experience of operating at management level delivering services into public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 5–20 people across offices in the UK.
Drive growth and operational performance to meet regional budget targets.
Lead on project delivery with quality and on-time completion.
Lead business development to secure new opportunities across sectors.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs with clients and design teams.
