Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience required.
• Master's degree and seven years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience translating research, theology, and best practices into accessible resources.

Responsibilities

• Write, develop, and revise high-quality resources for inclusion and belonging (disability, mental health, theology of belonging, congregational life, and Christian practice).
• Contribute to a portfolio of resources such as ministry guides, reflection tools, checklists, facilitator guides, sermon and small-group tools, and training materials.
• Ensure resources are clear, accessible, theologically grounded, and useful for pastors, ministry leaders, families, and congregations.
