Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate-level degree or professional degree with relevant experience.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, or administering contracts and procurement.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts.
• Evaluate risks and negotiate terms aligned with institutional requirements.
• Oversee procurement, PO issuance, and subcontract invoice workflows.
• Develop policies, templates, and guidance for contracting processes.
• Supervise contracting staff and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Provide training and outreach on procurement and contracting processes.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for research procurement matters.
