Job description

Job Summary

Position reports into the US Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) Implementation Office. As a GRC Reporting Analyst, you will collaborate with teammates to gather and analyze data for building comprehensive GRC Executive, Board, and management reporting. You will also support ad-hoc reporting requests and GRC reporting initiatives, working closely with various teams within the GRC Office, GRC leadership, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Relations. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in risk management, reporting, and data analysis, contributing to continuous improvement in GRC reporting processes.

What will you do?
  1. Help prepare Executive, Board, and management reporting by gathering data, drafting, organizing content, and finalizing materials.
  2. Work with GRC project managers to gather weekly status updates, review for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Review and validate data and reporting materials for completeness, correct formatting, and adherence to guidelines.
  4. Assist in developing and maintaining U.S. GRC Metric Dashboards with accurate data collection, validation, and monthly reporting.
  5. Maintain the U.S. GRC Reporting SharePoint, ensuring it is current and accessible.
  6. Manage the GRC reporting calendar, tracking review deadlines and deliverable due dates.
  7. Support special GRC projects, including ad hoc reporting requests.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business, banking compliance, risk, legal, regulatory, or related bank regulatory roles.
  • Experience in building executive-level presentations and communications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to improve data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in compliance or risk management within a large US bank.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and risk management in financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with SharePoint for document management.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
