Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a quality lead or QA manager.
• Experience at an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
• Travel willingness between 10–30%.
• Residency within commutable distance to Madison, WI.
• Training and auditing experience; strong scientific writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in science; LIMS experience.
• Understanding of equipment qualifications, method validations, risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Management System and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership to laboratory personnel on quality matters.
• Monitor metrics and ensure timely monthly reporting.
• Support customer inquiries related to quality matters.
