WebMD is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to lead and mentor a global PM team delivering digital programmes for pharmaceutical clients within Medical Affairs. You will drive end-to-end delivery across education hubs, videos, emails, and live/virtual meetings, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.

The role requires 5-7+ years in medical communications or pharma agencies, strong leadership, and a proactive, collaborative mindset with knowledge of ABPI/EMA regulations.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years in project management within med comms, healthcare agency, medical education, or pharma agencies.
  • Experienced in managing teams and mentoring PM talent.
  • Comfortable translating client priorities into actionable plans while keeping projects on track.
  • Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Knowledgeable about global pharma regulations (ABPI, EMA) and able to navigate cross-functional environments across multiple time zones.

  • Act as a senior escalation point for project challenges, risk management, and resource alignment.
