Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. seeks an Associate Director to lead Process Safety Management initiatives, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Business Leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate process safety risks.

You will drive a culture of operational excellence, maintain alignment with corporate safety goals, and lead incident investigations and risk-based assessments across multiple facilities and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program covered processes.
  • At least 5 years conducting Process Hazard Analyses and facilitating incident investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Strong knowledge of risk-based process safety, management of change, mechanical integrity, and good engineering practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and PHA Works software; Six Sigma experience.
