Responsibilities

• Shape or implement agency investment principles across channels to build mental availability.
• Identify process improvements to enhance cross-department collaboration and accuracy.
• Monitor total channel investments and evaluate platforms for reach and efficiency.
• Develop platforms investment team members through training at multiple levels.
• Resolve day-to-day delivery issues to protect media investments and billing accuracy.
