Job summary

RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management for the SM‑6 Portfolio in Tucson, onsite. You will oversee the PFFT Program, manage multiple contracts, and drive successful proposal, negotiation, and execution of current scopes while aligning with NSMS portfolio requirements.

You will lead risk, cost, schedule and technical performance across programs, partner with customers and program leaders, and travel as needed to meet commitments. A security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading production/program management in development, upgrades, fleet sustainment or engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Own profit & loss, AOP and financial commitments for the portfolio.
• Partner across SM-6 programs to manage interdependencies and portfolio commitments.
• Represent customer needs to leadership and shape future acquisitions.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage risks, costs, schedules and quality.
• Travel as needed and coordinate with PMX303, Tech Reps and DCMA.
