HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Client Services in Denver, CO for a hybrid role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on client guidance.

The position leads a team of Clinical Account Consultants, driving solutions across formulary management, utilization management, and pharmacy trend analysis to ensure high-quality clinical consulting and client support.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license, or ability to obtain/maintain licensure as required.
• 6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis.
• Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Associate Director, PBM Client Services - Hybrid (Denver, CO)

HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Client Services to be part of an Enterprise Health Technology company, giving health plans a better way to manage pharmacy and medical benefit administration!

Compensation

• $150K - $187K annually (depending on experience) + up 10% annual bonus

Schedule

Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote in Denver, CO

Daily Responsibilities

• This leadership role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of Clinical Account Consultants while ensuring the delivery of high‑quality clinical consulting services and client support. The position provides oversight of clinical analyses, strategic recommendations, presentations, and client interactions, while managing onboarding, training, performance, and workload prioritization across the team

• 6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.
