Job summary

HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Client Services to lead a team of Clinical Account Consultants and deliver high-value clinical consulting and client support. The role oversees clinical analyses, strategic recommendations, presentations, and client interactions, while guiding onboarding, training, performance, and workload prioritization.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD, active license, 6+ years in PBM or managed care, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license or ability to obtain/maintain licensure as required.
• 6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis.
• Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Compensation

• $163K - $190K annually (depending on experience)
• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote in New York, NY!
