Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Access, Payer Strategy, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales Leadership, or related functional area.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of annual strategic planning, business reviews, and priority-setting activities across Payer Strategy teams.
• Coordinate planning cycles, milestones, deliverables, and leadership priorities across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Maintain visibility to strategic initiatives and customer priorities across Market Access; track progress with leadership.
• Help identify opportunities for improvement and align cross-functional efforts across teams.
