The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in performance marketing, agency background, strong analytics, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in performance marketing with heavy paid social background (Meta).
• Agency experience required and hands-on in-platform work.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy and execution across accounts, with Meta as primary platform.
• Contribute to media plans linking channels to business goals and KPIs.
• Run campaigns end-to-end: setup, QA, pacing, optimization, reporting.
