Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a strategic Paid Social leader to own high-impact campaigns for national brands. This role drives end-to-end paid social, scaling across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and more to grow leads, revenue, and ecommerce performance.

You will develop testing strategies, partner with creative teams, and present insights to clients and executives, mentoring a talented performance marketing team in a fast-paced agency setting. Glendale, CA on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social and performance marketing experience.
• Proven success managing high-budget campaigns with strong ROI.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, direct response, and/or ecommerce growth strategies.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance using GA4, attribution tools, and platform analytics.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Someone who loves testing, solving problems, and finding new ways to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Present strategic recommendations and performance insights directly to clients and executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to scale budgets, expand channels, and grow client accounts.
• Mentor and collaborate with a talented team of performance marketers.
