Job summary

Manifest is a data-driven, independent full-service agency in Phoenix seeking a Paid Search Manager to join the Performance Marketing team. You will own hands-on paid search activities, optimize keyword bids, run A/B tests, and analyze KPI trends to drive client results.

Three to five years of paid search experience, agency/client-facing background, and expertise in Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max) are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of paid search experience, agency and client-facing.
• Experience with ecommerce brands and a Google focus preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage hands-on paid search campaigns, keyword analysis, bidding, testing, and KPI reporting.
• Provide strategic insights for content planning based on analytics and trends.
• Handle direct client communication with account management.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and operations to align media with client objectives.
• Partner with Data Intelligence Analysts to deliver regular performance reports.
