The Role
We are looking for candidates from all across the US or Canada, preferably in the East Coast time zone, as this role is fully remote.
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Associate Director of Organizational Effectiveness to drive talent management strategies that fuel growth, performance, and engagement. In this role, you’ll lead and collaborate on high-impact initiatives across career pathing, job architecture, onboarding, and talent management frameworks—ensuring our people practices are built for scale and aligned to business priorities.
You’ll be a key architect of how we develop, retain, and mobilize talent, creating systems that allow our people to grow with purpose and clarity throughout their journey with us.

Required skills, Experience and Circumstances:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related fieldpreferred
8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing job architectures, career frameworks, talent programs and/or onboarding programs
Proven success in leading talent strategy projects in large or complex organizations
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders with credibility
Familiarity with talent systems (Workday preferred), and data-driven program management
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $120,360 to $228,840based on a full-time schedule.Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

Washington:$132,480 to $251,640

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
