Job summary

Scientific Search is seeking a finance/accounting professional in Emeryville, CA, to manage core accounting processes including A/R, A/P, and inventory accounting. The role involves daily and monthly reporting, data reconciliation, and supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or similar; master’s preferred.
• US pharmaceutical industry finance/accounting background.
• Strong understanding of GTN.
• Excellent SAP/ERP and accounting software capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage A/R, A/P, chargebacks, customer fees, rebates, and inventory accounting.
• Drive daily/monthly reporting, validation, and data reconciliation.
• Support general ledger and month/quarter/year-end close.
• Manage cash flow and payments.
• Maintain strong financial controls through established SOPs.
