Castlight is seeking an Associate Director of Engineering to lead a core pillar of our technology team, building GenAI and ML-powered, consumer-grade experiences to simplify healthcare navigation. You will recruit top talent, drive an aggressive product roadmap, and connect teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

You will report to the VP of Engineering and own end-to-end results, shaping a culture of excellence across teams while scaling services on Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications

• Engineering leadership with 8+ years building multiple teams.
• Experience architecting high-availability distributed systems on GCP (AWS/Azure ok).
• Proficient in modern SDLC: CI/CD, automated testing, Agile.
• Strong track record recruiting and retaining senior engineers.
