Google Health seeks a Staff Software Engineer in Mountain View to advance health tech with scalable ML systems and AI-driven products. You will own critical architecture across large-scale features and collaborate across teams to push the frontier of health information processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 5 years testing and launching software products; 3 years in design/architecture.
• 5 years with ML design, ML infrastructure, or related ML field.
• Experience with Generative AI.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a unified, flat agentic architecture driven by tools and skills for proactive wake-ups and reactive user interactions.
• Lead engineering execution using spec-driven development with AI to keep code, rules, and design in sync.
• Build and scale evaluation and simulation frameworks to test multi-turn conversations with synthetic data.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and frontend engineers to enable server-driven generative UX and dynamic UI components.
