Arabella Advisors seeks an entrepreneurial, client-focused leader to join as Associate Director of Client Technology for our Managed Organizations team in Durham, NC. You will guide technology systems, manage client relationships, and set strategic priorities across platforms to serve nonprofit partners.

The role emphasizes relationship management, systems innovation, and policy standards, with opportunities to mentor staff, create training resources, and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience in technology, business analysis, and/or project management roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness in problem solving including ability to understand and fully incorporate the perspectives of others.
• Outstanding organization and prioritization skills - ability to manage multiple demands, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology needs of our managed nonprofit organizations; assess and recommend strategic priorities and client service solutions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology stakeholders across the organization; ensure understanding of impact across all platforms and teams of system improvements.
• Collaboratively problem-solve user needs and respond in a timely manner to inquiries with solutions and resources.
• Identify trends in system user requests and create targeted resources.
• Develop and deliver trainings and supporting resources.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and serve as project manager on key initiatives.
• Optimize platforms to deliver excellent service and lower costs of doing business.
• Ongoing system evaluation, ensuring it's optimized for efficiency, accuracy and user experience.
• Lead and motivate Managed Organizations account staff and project users to develop and implement meaningful uses of our technology.
• Content management and process documentation.
• Work with business development, IT, Finance, Managed Organizations, HR, and compliance on establishing explicit policies.

Arabella Advisors seeks an entrepreneurial, socially engaged focused professional to help manage our client technology systems and processes in support of our clients' innovative social sector projects. If you want the opportunity to work with a fast-growing and entrepreneurial team reshaping the charitable sector, then this job is for you.The Associate Director of Client Technology will support and innovate our technological systems and processes for Arabella's Managed Nonprofit Organizations team. This role is on the small but mighty client technology team and manages relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. The scope of work will support our staff who manage a diverse portfolio of projects focused on effecting national and global change.

Relationship Management and Client Service (45%)

• Manage technology needs of our managed nonprofit organizations; assess and recommend strategic priorities and client service solutions

To be successful in this role you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years' experience in technology, business analysis, and/or project management roles

Arabella Advisors provides operations and management support to multiple nonprofit organizations, including the New Venture Fund, the Windward Fund, and the Hopewell Fund - all 501(c)(3) public charities - and the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a 501(c)(4). These managed organizations house new and innovative public interest projects and nonprofits, as well as coordinate collaborative initiatives between donors and administer grants programs.
