As Associate Director of Client Success at Base Beauty Creative Agency, you’ll be the driving force behind integrated programs for iconic and emerging brands across skincare, cosmetics, haircare, personal care, wellness, and more. You’ll guide cross-functional teams in crafting bold marketing strategies, killer content, and boundary-pushing campaigns — all while ensuring every client feels deeply supported, heard, and inspired.
Our work spans holistic retainers, go-to-market launches, brand strategy, digital, influencer, social, creative, and beyond. If you're a beauty-lover and a connector at heart, ready to lead with vision and a client-first mindset, we want to meet you.
Our ideal candidate brings at least 5 years experience in agency, client-facing roles to the BBCA team.

Salary Range: $95,000-105,000, commensurate with experience + eligible for bonus + eligible for commission on inside sales opportunities for existing client upsells/renewal support
