This role combines scientific excellence, computational expertise, and cross‑functional collaboration to translate emerging technologies into scalable clinical and commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field as listed.
• 8+ years in bioinformatics, computational biology, or genomics.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, R, C++, or Java).
• Track record of innovative computational solution development.
• Deep genomics, NGS analysis, and statistical genetics knowledge.
• Experience building production-grade bioinformatics pipelines and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the bioinformatics innovation ideas.
• Identify emerging technologies in bioinformatics, multi-omics, AI, and digital health.
• Evaluate novel computational methods and translate research into commercial products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate solutions into prototypes.
• Support product roadmap planning and technology transfer.
• Evaluate external technologies, open-source platforms, partnerships, licensing opportunities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, scientific excellence, and learning.
