Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with scalable solutions; production-ready from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for bioinformatic pipelines.
• Model data and optimize ETL processes to load data into BI systems.
• Analyze and optimize SQL queries; contribute to schema design and performance.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data analysts, clinical reviewers, and lab personnel to deliver integrations.
• Document solutions with inline comments, wikis, and README files.
