Qualifications

• Must have PhD in a relevant biology field with oncology focus.
• Experience leading nonclinical and translational cancer programs.
• Strong understanding of nonclinical studies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead nonclinical and translational activities aligned with program objectives.
• Design and oversee in vitro and in vivo studies for mechanism of action, pharmacology, and biodistribution.
• Manage vendors and consultants: study design, data review, reports.
• Lead preparation of nonclinical sections of IND submissions and integrate findings with toxicology.
• Evaluate biomarker data to inform dosing and patient selection.
