Qualifications

BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience.
Experience in a consulting or advisory environment, with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, support cross-functional alignment, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, matrixed organizations—ideally with exposure to pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
Proven track record leading complex cross-functional and functional planning initiatives; ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive development and execution of cross-functional commercial and medical projects across North America with clear plans, milestones, timelines, and accountability.
Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, track progress against milestones, manage interdependencies, and surface risks with recommended solutions.
Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs to align projects with goals, maintain momentum, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
Embed within strategic initiatives as a dedicated program management resource for brand leaders and workstream leads.
Champion AI enablement across North America commercial and medical functions, identifying and implementing AI-powered tools and workflows to boost productivity and decision-making.
