The School of Theology at Saint John’s University invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE), benefit eligible position of Associate Director of Ministerial Formation. You will lead ministerial formation, field education, and YTM programs, coordinate placements, and support students’ ministry preparation within SOT/Sem.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include advanced theological education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Roman Catholic ministry or related formation environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Field Education placement sites and residencies with university partners.
• Advise students on formation requirements and monitor progress.
• Develop formational events, workshops, and curricular experiences with the Director.
• Support ministerial assessment processes and gather materials for review.
• Coordinate field education for distance learning and hybrid opportunities.
