Responsibilities :
  1. Design and implement research, educate colleagues and students, and support Scientific Experts (SEs) in oncology, focusing on hematologic malignancies.
  2. Maintain deep therapeutic knowledge about Lilly and competitor products, current issues, and scientific and clinical information.
  3. Gather feedback from SEs to inform Lilly’s research and strategic direction.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and internal partners, serving as a primary representative of Lilly to healthcare professionals.
  5. Facilitate scientific exchange, provide disease state and product information, and connect SEs with internal Lilly resources.
  6. Report clinical insights and customer questions to relevant internal teams.
  7. Engage in continuous learning through scientific meetings and literature searches.
  8. Manage administrative activities effectively, including documentation and resource utilization.
Basic Qualifications :
  • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2-3 years of clinical or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in health sciences considered with 5+ years of oncology experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship anticipated).
Additional Skills / Preferences :

Experience in oncology, radioligand/theranostics, strong scientific communication, customer service, teamwork, and ability to travel up to 60% including weekends.

Location :

Preferably near a major airport within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Illinois.

Additional Information :

Field-based role with 60% overnight travel, requiring proficiency in electronic communication tools. Lilly is committed to diversity and inclusion, offering accommodations for applicants with disabilities. Compensation ranges from $145,500 to $213,400, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
