Associate Director- Medical Science Liaison - Hematology and Theragnostic/Radioligand Therapies (Mid-West)

Join Eli Lilly and Company as an Associate Director - Medical Science Liaison in Hematology and Theragnostic/Radioligand Therapies (Mid-West).

Responsibilities:
  • Support scientific exchange and education for healthcare professionals, focusing on Hematologic Malignancies.
  • Develop relationships with external clients and internal teams, serving as a key liaison and resource.
  • Maintain deep therapeutic knowledge and communicate scientific information effectively.
  • Manage administrative activities using various digital tools and ensure compliance with procedural standards.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or a related degree with extensive clinical/medical experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship anticipated).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in oncology, especially hematology or radioligand therapies.
  • Strong scientific, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%, including overnight and weekend travel.
Location:

Preferably near a major airport in Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, or Illinois.

The salary range is approximately $145,500 - $213,400, complemented by benefits and bonus opportunities. Actual compensation will depend on experience and location.
