Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence or closely-related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/medical environment developing & maintaining dashboards.
• Experience with PowerBI & PowerApps to track and analyze medical engagement and impact metrics.
• Leading HCP identification & segmentation using SQL and/or Python to extract insights from claims/health systems data.
• Integrating omnichannel & claims data into medical data ecosystem using Snowflake; using AI tools for medical intelligence reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytics and BI solutions for Medical Affairs.
• Design, develop & implement secure dashboards, apps, and BI tools.
• Provide technical support for analytics dashboards and train staff.
• Mentor and train junior analysts.
• Utilize AI tools to generate reports for therapeutic areas.
