Boston College is seeking an Associate Director, Major Giving to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors primarily in the Southeast region. The role manages about 110 prospects, conducts 110+ visits, and aims to raise at least $1.35M annually, collaborating with Advancement colleagues and volunteers.

The position reports to the Senior Associate Director, Regional Major Giving, and offers a title and salary commensurate with experience, within BC’s fundraising framework.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1–3 years fundraising experience for Associate Director I; 3–5 years for Associate Director II with a track record of gifts.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Writes clear solicitation letters and proposals; develops donor relationships to drive giving.
• Collaborates across units including Alumni Relations, Prospect Development, and Stewardship.
